AIRETRIX helps businesses manage omni-channel engagement and CRM workflows. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

2) What we collect

  • Account and access tokens: When you connect Google and/or Meta/Facebook, we receive OAuth tokens and basic account identifiers required to provide the service.
  • Operational telemetry: Basic logs needed to operate and secure the service (e.g., timestamps, request IDs, error logs). We avoid storing message content unless strictly required for the requested feature.

3) What we do not do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising or to build advertising profiles.
  • We avoid storing end-customer message content and personal information as a product design goal. We store the minimum operational data required to provide the service (e.g., OAuth tokens and account identifiers). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest where stored.

4) How we use data

We use connected account data only to deliver the features you request: routing, CRM mapping, approved templates and user-enabled replies, notifications, and analytics across your connected channels.

5) Sharing

We share data only as necessary to provide the service (e.g., with your connected platforms and your configured CRM endpoints). We do not share Google user data with third parties except as required for the requested service and with your direction.

6) Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest where stored. Access is controlled via OAuth and can be revoked by you at any time.
